The Company was originally started in Ross On Wye in 1988 by Jonathan D Preece with a further branch in Hereford being opened in 2002.

Building upon the wealth of experience gained over the years, the decision was taken in 2005 to change direction and the Residential Sales and Lettings Divisions of the Company were transferred to the ownership of Jason Hicks and Jeremy Trivett. Jason is based in the Ross On Wye Office and Jeremy Trivett is based in Hereford. Both have a wealth of experience, having worked for many years in the area and are extremely highly thought of.
